This summer women across the UK will have the opportunity to openly discuss topics like incontinence and cystitis, thanks to Wellbeing of Women's Big Squeeze campaign.
The campaign, supported by ETHICON Women's Health and Urology encourages women not to struggle on with bladder conditions but to seek medical help, as it is possible they can be treated effectively and their quality of life greatly improved.
The campaign kicked off with the WoW Show on Saturday 8th July, a free women's health event in London. The show featured exhibits and seminars around themes including general health and wellbeing, physical health and medical health.
Wellbeing of Women have also created their own dance craze, the WoWMegaMambo, a fundraising idea to help support the charity. For full details of how you can support Wellbeing of Women with their Big Squeeze campaign you can
